In this case, for EP Commercial Real Estate, we have a large, empty, extremely raw space. The sister building facing this one is very similar, so I had this finished out and furnished in a very similar manner. The basic finish-out with office furniture rendering was in my opinion very pleasing, however, I thought it would look even better if I put some people into the scene. Sometimes just seeing big empty unfinished spaces can be difficult for the prospective tenant/buyer to visualize how the space can be utilized to fit their business. I think this tool can be very helpful to assist your prospect to see how a space can fit the specific and unique needs for their business.
